Oak Mountain Estates is a breathtaking 900 acre, well established golf cart neighborhood in Waverly Hall, Georgia – just minutes away from major shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Oak Mountain Estates features a vast collection of homes situated on wooded lots. Residents enjoy picturesque streets, six beautiful spring fed lakes, a playground, picnic, and pool area and tennis courts.

Country Living at its Best
Oak Mountain Estates has six spring fed lakes that are fully stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and bream. We also have a picnic area with lots of games including horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, and corn hole.
The pool area includes a 75,000 gallon pool and a pavilion area furnished with picnic tables. There is a playground located at the pool. We also offer a clubhouse that is available to rent to our members to host parties. There are restrooms located at the clubhouse with a shower and dressing areas. We have two artesian wells with fresh spring water on the property.
Residents enjoy the use of two newly resurfaced tennis courts that include two pickleball courts, shuffle board, four square, and hopscotch.
